We are seeking an outstanding Head of Impact to lead Hand in Hand International’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning function. The Head of Impact is a new role which will oversee all our work relating to results, evidence and learning. This is a newly created role, reflecting Hand in Hand’s commitment to implement highly effective, evidence-led interventions supporting entrepreneurs – and especially women entrepreneurs – to thrive. This is senior management role which will be core to our plans for future innovation and growth.

The person we’re looking for will be an established expert in measurement and impact, with a strong grounding in both quantitative and qualitative methods.
