We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Programme Development Manager to secure funding for new projects and oversee large institutional grants. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and converting institutional donors into funding partners.
• Leading proposal development, coordinating inputs, and engaging with funders.
• Managing and strengthening donor relationships to ensure ongoing support.
• Contributing to wider fundraising efforts with innovative ideas and technical expertise.
• Developing and implementing new fundraising strategies, leveraging donor networks.
• Overseeing successful grant delivery, providing technical support, and ensuring project milestones are met.
