Dolly is a passionate advocate of gender, social and economic justice issues globally. With a career spanning over the last eight years in the social development sector, she has made significant contributions to various organisations and communities in the UK, Japan, Uganda, Zambia, and Lesotho. From raising aspirations of disadvantaged young people in London to building leadership capacity of health workers in rural Uganda, Dolly is a programme professional with a diverse range of skills and experience who incorporates principles of inclusion and equity into her work.

Dolly holds a MSc in Development Studies from The School of Oriental and African Studies where she specialised in Gender and Development.
