Gretchen Cloutier

Gretchen is passionate about using data and evidence to improve programme outcomes and increase wellbeing for people and communities. She has conducted independent research on the sustainable development contributions of women-led weaving cooperatives in Guatemala.

Prior to joining Hand in Hand International, Gretchen supported MEL and project management for U.S. Department of State-funded projects in Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. She holds a Master’s degree in Globalisation and Latin American Development from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from American University in Washington, DC. Originally from the United States, Gretchen moved to London in 2021.
