Corporate volunteering & support in kind

Hand in Hand’s corporate partners have provided everything from pro bono legal advice to free recruitment support.

Johnson & Johnson, meanwhile, provides vital support through its Secondment Program, sending key staff to our offices for as long as six months at a time. Over the course of four secondments and counting, Hand in Hand’s capacity has improved. Johnson & Johnson’s global brand reputation has been strengthened, not least through our tailored communications support. Secondees have developed professionally. And thousands of grassroots entrepreneurs’ lives have been transformed, particularly in Afghanistan, where a major new partnership was launched as a direct result of Johnson & Johnson’s support.

“Now I feel more confident in networking on an international level and have a deeper understanding of multicultural differences. I feel even more empowered, inspired and energised to meet new challenges and adventures upon my return to J&J.”

-Johnson & Johnson Secondee Alona Perunova

We’re always interested to hear what skills our corporate partners can offer – and what we can offer them. We have also identified the following needs, either in the UK or Kenya:

  • Project management
  • Data analysis, management, protection and storage
  • Economic analysis and value chain identification

How can we help?

We’re always eager to discuss your fundraising ideas – and to share ours. To find out more about how we can help you achieve your CSR objectives or SDG goals, please get in touch with your dedicated account manager today.
