JulWe’re proud to launch our new 2030 Strategy – an ambitious roadmap to reach an additional 160,000 people living in poverty while building the partnerships and evidence needed to scale our impact far beyond our direct programmes.
The strategy builds on an incredible five years, during which the global Hand in Hand network has created 12.6 million+ jobs, increased participants’ enterprise incomes by an average of 121%, and helped 86% of women gain greater decision-making power over their lives.
But with women’s rights under increasing pressure and poverty rising in many parts of sub-Saharan Africa and Afghanistan, the need for our work has never been greater. Read our 2030 Strategy here to see how we plan to reach more women, more effectively, over the next four years.
