The Hand in Hand model has been developed over twenty years and proven to deliver long-term, cost-effective change for the women we work with, households and communities.

In the last five years, we have expanded our programming in gender transformation, regenerative agriculture, digital skills and advanced business training.

Last year, we set out to complete a comprehensive literature review to test our assumptions and ensure our model continues to align with best practice going into a new strategic period in 2026.
